Dragon Well Tea Pyramids

Legend has it that a dragon lived amongst the lakes of the Zhejiang Province famed for producing this exceptional Chinese green tea. The bright green leaves have been traditionally pan fired (rather than dried by the breath of said dragon…) and produce a vibrant yellow infusion with flavours of freshly cut grass, offset by a natural nutty sweetness.

Brewing Guide

Green tea is delicate - to bring out the smooth complex flavours and avoid bitterness, use freshly drawn boiled water left to cool for 2 minutes.
