If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to find you a perfect replacement or assist with a return. We will accept returned items up to 28 days from the date they were delivered to you. As long as the returned item meets the conditions listed below, we will provide you with a store credit in the amount of the returned item.
Please note, returns are accepted only if they meet these standards:
Tea - All dry tea must have its original seals and packaging intact and in perfect condition.
Linens - All linens must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached
Ceramics/glassware - All ceramics must be in unused, in saleable condition
If an item arrives to you damaged or is the wrong item, please notify TIOSK immediately and we will arrange the return shipping. Contact us email@example.com
If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs. Any items returned to us damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
