Little Melon Seed, named after the silhouette of its leaves, is grown at high altitude in the Huang Shan mountains of China. Each leaf’s central vein is painstakingly removed before the leaves are pan fired and shaped. The infusion is light and refreshing, with a sweetly nutty, almost herbaceous, flavour.
Delicious enjoyed without milk.
